Phenix Mobile SDK v2020.1.33 Pre-release Notes

Issues addressed in this release:

• Includes viewport based HLS layer selection

• Prefetch window is updated based on layer bitrate for faster switching from very low bitrate layers

• Includes a fix for iOS, which previously caused image corruption during time-shifted playback

To get the Android SDK:

• Update the Phenix SDK version in build.gradle file to `2020.1.33`
