• User media stream instances will no longer get stopped because of network disruptions or switches so they can be retained for as long as needed by an app

To get the Android SDK:

• Update the Phenix SDK version in build.gradle file to `2021.0.8`

To get the iOS SDK:

• Update the Phenix SDK version in Podfile to `2021.0.8-beta`
