Disappearance of Channels or Rooms

To ensure Channel and Room lists and reports are purged of stale items, Channels and Rooms that have not been used for one year are deleted. When this deletion occurs, any usage data is retained per standard Phenix archive policies (7 years from the date of usage).

A Channel or Room is considered "used" when a stream is published to the Channel or Room.

The lifetime of a Channel or Room is reset any time the Channel or Room is “used” per the above definition.
