WebSDK and Browser Codec Support

Some versions of certain browsers, such as version 12.0 of iOS, do not support the VP8 codec (see https://phenixrts.com/docs/web/#browser-support ) and therefore need to receive video encoded using H.264. Since VP8 is the default codec used by Phenix, publishers must set up their streams to use the multi-bitrate capability to be able to offer both VP8 and H.264 to clients.

If a publisher knows that there all WebSDK clients are using browsers that support VP8 (which is true for the majority of cases), they do not need to include multi-bitrate.
