Log into the Phenix customer portal (https://phenixrts.com/portal/).
Logging into the portal requires an AppID and Secret. If you do not have an AppID and secret, please contact your Phenix representative.
Create a new channel by clicking on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the Channels page.
The portal will display a dialog. Enter an alias, name, and description for the channel.
The new channel will be shown in the Channels page.
